1. General Information

This website is operated by Craft Platform Studio, based in Barcelona, Spain. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us”, and “our” refer to Craft Platform Studio.

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting on this page.

2. Products & Availability

Craft Platform Studio offers collectible objects, design pieces, material experiments, and selected custom works.

All products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue items at any time without notice.

Some items may be made-to-order or produced in limited editions.

Minor variations in finish, texture, dimensions, or color may occur due to materials and production processes. These variations are part of the character of the piece and are not considered defects.

3. Pricing & Payments

All prices are listed in EUR unless otherwise stated.

Payments are processed securely through approved third-party providers such as Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, or other supported gateways.

We reserve the right to correct pricing errors or inaccuracies at any time.

4. Shipping & Delivery

We ship domestically and internationally where available.

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by couriers, customs, weather, or other external factors are outside our control.

For orders shipped outside the European Union, customs duties, taxes, or import fees may apply and are the responsibility of the customer.

5. Returns & Refunds

For eligible standard items, return requests may be made within 14 days of delivery, subject to EU consumer law where applicable.

Returned items must be unused, in original condition, and securely packaged.

Custom-made, personalized, made-to-order, or limited production items may be non-returnable where legally permitted.

If an item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the packaging and item.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method after inspection of the returned item.

6. Intellectual Property

All website content, including product designs, concepts, images, renders, text, graphics, and branding, is the property of Craft Platform Studio unless otherwise stated.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used commercially without prior written permission.

7. Custom Works & Commissions

Custom works, commissions, installations, and bespoke projects are subject to separate written agreements covering scope, pricing, timelines, revisions, fabrication, and delivery terms.

Where applicable, deposits for custom projects may be non-refundable once work has commenced.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Craft Platform Studio shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or purchased products.

Our liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the relevant order.
