At Craft Platform Studio, every piece is designed and carefully prepared in Barcelona.
Our products are made in small batches or produced to order to ensure quality, reduce waste, and support a circular production process.
Processing Time
Orders are typically prepared within 2–5 business days.
Made-to-order, customized, or limited edition pieces may require additional production time. Estimated lead times are always indicated on the product page.
Shipping
We currently ship throughout Spain, Europe, and selected international destinations.
Shipping costs are calculated during checkout based on the destination and selected shipping method.
Delivery Times
Estimated delivery times:
- Spain: 2–5 business days
- Europe: 4–10 business days
- International: 7–20 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs procedures, courier services, or seasonal demand.
Customs & Import Duties
International customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or additional fees required by their country.
Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery, including photographs of the packaging and product.
We will work to find the most appropriate solution as quickly as possible.
